1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of MuineOceanResort's website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation, purchase, or using any service on muineoceanresort.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this agreement.

3. Services

MuineOceanResort provides specialized sanatorium services designed for pensioners, including therapeutic treatments, wellness programs, and accommodation packages.

Reservations: All service bookings require full payment in advance. A confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment.

Rescheduling: If you need to modify your reservation date, please notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled start date via the Contact Us form. One free reschedule is permitted per booking. Subsequent changes may incur a fee.

Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the start date are eligible for a full refund of prepaid fees. Cancellations received within 48 hours of the service date are not eligible for a refund due to staff and resource allocation. No-shows will not be refunded.

4. Information Products

We offer digital guides, dietary plans, and wellness resources in electronic format. Access to these materials is granted immediately after purchase.

Refunds: Due to the instant delivery and digital nature of these items, they are non-refundable once access has been granted. If you have not accessed the materials, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase through the Contact Us form. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 7 business days.

5. Goods

Our online store features physical goods such as branded apparel and wellness accessories.

Returns: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, complete the Contact Us form. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will issue a refund to the original payment source within 7 business days or provide an exchange.

6. Refund Process

All refund requests must be submitted via the Contact Us form. Refunds will be granted based on the policies outlined in Sections 3, 4, and 5. We will process approved refunds to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

Special Circumstances: In rare cases, if you are unable to meet the outlined notice periods due to emergencies, please contact us with supporting documentation. We will evaluate such requests on a case-by-case basis.

MuineOceanResort reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated Effective Date will appear at the top of this document. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
